What's โbuilt to Scaleโ in this game is the Totem ...and the extrudable platforms... Here's what I mean by this.

๐ฒTo escape these 5 enchanted forest locations, you have to SCALE-DOWN the totem (i.e. your level's only exit point) indirectly by SCALING-UP the platforms (by pointing at the arrows with your mouse and left-clicking them). Tounge-showing floating heads will help you realize which arrows are clickable and which are not.
โโโ EACH EXTRUDE (i.e. scale up or down) OF THE PLATFORM = EXIT TOTEM SCALES DOWN A BIT! So you have to be careful with your moves as you have a limited amount of them. Scaling up too many platforms will leave you stuck in the map forever as Totem's exit will get scaled down so much that it will be under the ground ! ๐
โโ Platforms get scaled up(or down) in the direction its corresponding arrow is pointing to. E.G. if you click on the โleftโ arrow- it will obviously scale up the platform straight to the left.
๐ Platforms, if scaled up without thinking, can get stuck on walls or other platforms. You'll learn that quickly on level 2. The game also explores manipulations in other dimensions, for example on level 5 (the last level) you need to rotate T-shaped platform to unblock extrudables' path.

๐จ From an Art-Direction standpoint, many objects use weird scaling /toon shader to subtly change their scales on the fly, making the whole thing feel... trippy..
๐ From a story standpoint โ the map has magical properties due to small floating tounge-sticking heads that I originally also animated in Blender, but failed to import into Unity haha
